The Southington Fire Department is a combination department with career and volunteer firefighters. There are four volunteer stations throughout the town, Company 1 located at 310 North Main Street, Southington, Company 2 located at 120 West Main Street, Plantsville, Company 3 located at 35 Clark Street, Milldale, Company 5 located at 72 River Street, Southington.
