The Health District inspects restaurants, daycare centers, convalescent homes, schools, barbershops, and hair salons. We regulate the installation of onsite sewage disposal systems and water supply wells. The District also conducts various health promotion and education programs in both Towns. The Health District investigates disease outbreaks. There is a flu clinic for Senior citizens every Fall (November or December).
