- Current By-laws and Constitution
- Current Officers and Board of Directors (including telephone numbers & addresses)
- Schedule of league meetings (including dates and times)
- League and practice schedule (including list of all practice sites)
- Copy of insurance form
- Emergency Medical Procedures in case of injury during the playing season.
