| Southington Dog Park Mill Street
The Southington Dog Park is a fenced in public area on Mill Street where dogs can legally run off-leash and play with other dogs under the supervision of their companions. The park is accessed through a double-gated entrance where you unleash your dog after the first gate is closed and before you open the second gate to enter. There is a separate fenced area that may be used for small or timid dogs, dogs that need a time-out, or a place for dogs to get acclimated to the park. The Southington Dog Park Association is a community project, in cooperation with the Southington Parks and Recreation Department.
