The staff of the Planning and Zoning Department provides technical assistance to the Planning and Zoning Commission, Conservation Commission/Inland Wetland Agency and Zoning Board of Appeals. The staff also answers public inquiries regarding planning, development and land use regulations. The staff of the Department interacts with the development community and reviews the various permit applications which are submitted for the land use boards and commissions consideration as well as zoning permits for new construction and additions to existing structures.

Public Notice Registry - Persons enrolled in this registry shall receive notice of public hearing for any hearing on the zoning map changes, zoning regulation changes and subdivisions regulation changes that are initiated by the Commission.  Click here to enroll.
