Apple Harvest Festival Payments

The Town of Southington has contracted with the third party vendor, PayGOV.US, to process municipal event payments made electronically via credit card. A 3% non-refundable service fee* will be charged by PayGOV.US to process your electronic payment. There is a minimum fee of $2.00. This fee is not collected by or remitted to the Town of Southington.

Once submitted, payments cannot be refunded back to your credit card. In the event that a refund is necessary, the Southington Finance Department will issue a check payment (minus the service fee amount) according to their standard refund policy.

If you do not wish to pay the service fee, you may submit your payment by check or money order.

*A 3% service fee will apply to all transactions over $67.00. Transactions of $67.00 and under will be charged a flat fee of $2.00.
