The application form linked below pertains to non-profit and commercial food, merchandise, and service vendors ONLY.
Please visit the Arts & Crafts Show page if you are interested in participating as a vendor with homemade/hand-crafted goods (other than food sales).

APPLICATION DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1, 2022
- Church, civic, school, and other non-profit organizations as well as commercial groups are all welcome to apply.
- Booths may not be sublet. No exceptions.
- All vendors are required to be staffed and open all hours of the Festival (six days over two weekends, Friday-Sunday).
- See the Vendor Application for a complete listing of rules and requirements. These rules and requirements are also available to view online without downloading the application form.
NOTE: The application form above does not apply to vendors associated with the First Congregational Church, the American Legion Auxiliary, or the Southington Elks. These are private organizations/properties whose activities are coordinated independently from the Apple Harvest Festival. Please contact them directly for vending information.
