Inspections During COVID-19

DUE TO COVID-19 CONCERNS, THE FOLLOWING PROTOCOL WILL BE IN EFFECT IMMEDIATELY FOR INSPECTIONS:

 Face masks or face coverings must be properly worn at all times.

 Construction sites will be cleared of all personnel unless pertinent to that inspection.
 
A minimum distance of 6 feet is to be maintained at all times from an Inspector at construction sites or in a home. 
 
Inspectors should be allowed to complete the inspection without any interaction with contractors and/or homeowners unless requested by the Inspector.
 
You must inform the Building Department or Inspector at least 48 hours BEFORE an inspection is to take place if anyone is or has been showing Covid-19 symptoms.
 
You must inform the Building Department or Inspector within 48 hours AFTER having an inspection (no personal information is to be provided) if anyone is showing Covid-19 symptoms.
