Safe Streets and Roads for All

The Town of Southington is applying for a Safe Streets and Roads for All grant made available by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.  This project would improve safety on 2.25 miles of the West Street Corridor by implementing low-cost, high impact strategies derived from the Federal Highway Administrations proven safety countermeasures.  These improvements were identified and recommended by a Corridor study completed on West Street, CT-229.  The interactive GIS map below allows users to view the proposed safety countermeasures included in the application.

The Safe Streets and Roads for All Notice of Funding Opportunity is available at: NOFO
