Diabetes Support Group (Fall 2023)

The Southington Recreation Department, in conjunction with ShopRite of Southington, is pleased to offer this FREE health management program for adults ages 18 & up. There are no residency requirements to participate.

Program Details

Join Marisa, your in-store dietician from the ShopRite of Southington, for an informational 4-week mini session! This class is available for anyone wanting to learn more about diabetes - how to prevent it, or how to manage it. Come learn while also connecting with like individuals. Let's beat diabetes together!

Registration Information

  • Online pre-registration is required. Class size is limited to 12 participants.
  • Registration must be received by 4:30 pm on Friday, October 20, 2023.
