Pavilion Rentals: Check Availability
Please refer to the calendar below for pavilion rental availability. Dates that are already booked for functions will be marked as "Reserved" with the specific location(s) noted beside it. Reservations are also color-coded by location:
- Drive-In Pavilion/Grounds = Orange
- Panthorn Park (Near Playground) = Green
- Recreation Park Pavilion (Between Playground/Pool) = Blue
This calendar is intended for use as a preliminary guide only. Before filling out and submitting a pavilion use permit application, please call the Receation office at (860) 276-6219 to confirm date/location availability.
