Special Needs Registry applications should now be mailed directly to the Southington Police Department, 69 Lazy Lane, Southington, CT 06489.  A new application form is available for download on the Southington Police Department website: https://southingtonpolice.org/special-needs-registry/.  The Commission for Persons with DisAbilities post office box will continue to be monitored until April 15^th, 2021.
