Southington Housing Authority Accepting Applications

The Southington Housing Authority’s Public Housing Waitlist is OPEN until further notice and accepting applications for their Public Housing apartments for the following 2020 income limits:

 $  24,651.00

Maximum

 $  54,950.00

 $  62,800.00

 REQUIREMENTS:
Earnings must fit the income categories of Very Low Income (50%) or Low Income (80%) of the area median income, as described in the income chart above. Applications for Extremely Low Income households at 25% AMI will not be accepted at this time. Applicants must be either elderly (62 years of age or older) or disabled. Selections will be made on a first come first serve basis. All applications will be date and time stamped upon receipt. The monthly rent will be $675.00 base rent or 30% of adjusted income, whichever is greater.

  3. Joseph A. Zdunczyk Terrace at 500 Pleasant Street, Southington, CT 06489
  4. Pulaski Terrace at 6 Carter Lane, Plantsville, CT 06479
