2021 Playground Program Registration

STEP #1: Reserve Space Online

The standard registration period took place from March 6-31, 2021. Late registrations will continue to be accepted as long as spaces are available.

Click on a session below to go to its online reservation form; completion of this form is required in order to hold space for your child. The information you will be asked to provide is basic and should only take a minute or two to complete.

Each individual session can accommodate a maximum of 135 children. Once the maximum capacity has been reached within a session, a "Registration is currently unavailable," message will be displayed on the reservation form webpage. Wait lists will be formed for all sessions. If cancellations should occur, families will be contacted from the wait lists to fill those spaces.

NOTE: The online reservation form is NOT the same as the program registration paperwork (see Step Two). The required paperwork contains much more detailed information that is needed for staff to properly ensure your child's health and safety while attending the program.


STEP #2: Fill Out Paperwork

At the top of the form, please check off only the Session(s) for which you have successfully reserved space online. Do not include wait listed Session(s) that you have interest in.

A separate form must be completed for each child registered. Any form received that contains the information of more than one child in the household will be rejected.


STEP #3: Submit Paperwork & Payment

The program registration paperwork and payment in full is due in the Recreation Department office within two (2) weeks of your online reservation date.

Check/money order payable to: Town of Southington  -OR-  Pay by Credit Card

Recreation Department staff will send an email to each family who submits their paperwork and/or payment through the mail to confirm receipt and acceptance into the program.
