Notice is hereby given that the Town of Southington, under its Registration No. GSM000082 for the General Permit for Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4), will have the Draft 2022 Annual Report available for review and comment by the General Public. The report describes Town activities completed during 2022 along with future activities to comply with the MS4 General Permit.

The Draft 2022 Annual Report will be available on the Town’s website starting February 15, 2023 and will remain available for public comment for at least thirty days. The electronic copy of the draft report will be available on the Town’s stormwater management website:
